Garage On York is an open, flexible space available for rental by the half-day, full-day or week & is designed for photo/video/commercial shoots, creative off sites, corporate meetings & workshops.
We allow our clients the flexibility to handle food/drinks however they wish by not requiring preferred vendors, caterers or in house staff, so you can better control other costs.. If you are looking for a full service experience (catering, craft service, crew, equipment, meeting supplies, logistics, etc.), we are happy to arrange for a separate fee.
Most of our clients take advantage of the self tidying option (leave the space as it was found) or, if preferred, our team can handle the clean up for an additional fee.
The space can accommodate up to 50 seated guests and up to 80 for open house style.**
